All sale items are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
Returns
• We have a 7-day return policy.
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of purchasing your item.
• For online orders, returns must be requested within 7 days of the dispatch date.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased.
• The item must meet the following criteria.
• Unworn, unmarked, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
• In its original packaging with all original tags attached.
• Not a limited release or exclusive item (unless defective).
• Not purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (unless defective).
In-Store Returns
• For in-store purchases, the 7-day return policy begins from the date on the receipt, either for returns or exchanges.
• In-store purchases cannot be returned to the only.

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Missing Items
Claims of missing items? We got you. As long as you have got that unboxing video to solidify your claim.
Without an unboxing video, redelivery and replacement will not be processed.
Remember videos of opened packages wont be honored as a valid proof.
